During the extensive renovation of the "Kaufhaus des Westens", I collaborated with the agency Aletja to develop innovative design solutions that seamlessly integrated the construction site into the customer experience. This included custom wayfinding systems, privacy screens, illuminated tunnels, and creative design elements that provided orientation while concealing the visual impact of the construction. The goal was to intuitively guide visitor flow and ensure a pleasant shopping experience despite the ongoing renovations.
